What is Included in Your Fear Releasing Package

- A witnessing of the story session where you are held in sacred space and your fear is heard.

- Fear releasing techniques to ease the fear and techniques to use during your birthing day should fear begin to creep back in.
A fear releasing session takes place in two - three segments. The first segment is an exploration of the story causing fear. This is a witnessing, an honoring, an unraveling of the protection your fear feels it is providing you. As you progress through the sessions you will be provided with concrete techniques for embracing and transforming your fear so you may enjoy a gentle, calm, joy-filled birth.
