This is the perfect package for you if you want just a short review of the HypnoBirthing techniques used in a previous birth.  Together we will determine what your individualized curriculum will be. We will spend up to six hours together getting you ready for your next amazing birth.

This is also a great support package if you have taken hypnobirthing (Yes, there is a difference between HypnoBirthing and hypnobirthing. You can read about it here.) from another instructor and found you didn’t get the Gold Seal curriculum.

Take on on-line recorded hypnobirthing class and have questions on technique?

Wonder if you are “doing hypnobirthing right”?

While there is the ease of access for on-line learning of hypobirthing, there can be a price to pay when you don’t have the benefit of dialoging with a professional instructor who can see if you using your techniques correctly, and answer your questions in the moment as they guide you in practicing your skills.
